Generations consists of Dave Stewart and his daughters Michelle and Rachel. Nathan, Michelle’s husband, recently joined them. They started playing the old jazz standards from the 1920’s to 50’s but also have added a lot of favorite songs featuring their vocal harmonies by artists like Crosby, Stills & Nash, Neil Young, Manas & the Papas, James Taylor.
Generations plays monthly at The Slanted Window Tasting Station. They are all from Franklin NC. Michelle & Nathan Sing together, Rachel is a solo artist, and Dave plays in the band Bluejazz as well as solo.
